Project begins
Our NERC Urgency project starts this month. Over the next 12 months we will survey the tidal Tyne from the river mouth to Wylam to find out where the pellets spilled on 19 July have travelled and settled. We will also study how the pellets change over time. We will post updates here as the work progresses.
